Refund policy

At Zamani, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every pair of our handcrafted juttis. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns are only accepted for size-related issues or damage on arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • If the juttis have been worn, we will not accept them for return or exchange. Any returned item that shows signs of wear or damage (not caused during shipping) will be sent back to the customer, and courier charges will be applicable.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized or made-to-order juttis.

3. Damaged on Arrival

If the juttis arrive damaged:

  • Please report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at [zamaniluxurybeyondtime@gmail.com] with pictures of the damaged item.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange free of charge.

4. Damage After Delivery

  • Damage occurring after delivery is not eligible for return or exchange.

  • However, our team is happy to assist you in finding the best possible solution or repair recommendation for your pair.

5. Size Issues

We understand sizing can sometimes be tricky:

  • If your juttis don’t fit as expected, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange or fitting recommendation.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, unless the size error was due to a dispatch mistake from our end.

6. Refund Policy

  • ----------------We currently do not offer cash refunds. In eligible cases, you will receive:

    • A replacement

    • A store credit valid for 6 months

7. Courier Charges

  • In cases where return is not approved and the item is sent back, the customer must bear all costs related to shipping. 

Note: We reserve the right to deny unreasonable or repetitive return requests. All policies are governed in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Laws.
