1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Arab Emirates (all Emirates)

  • GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar)

We are actively working to expand our delivery reach. If your location is not listed, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 4-6 business days after confirmation.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

  • Custom or high-volume orders may take additional time to process. 


3. Delivery Time

UAE Deliveries:
📦 4–6 working days (via local courier services)

GCC Deliveries: (when applicable) 
📦 5–10 working days (via international express courier)

Please note that delivery timelines may vary for several reasons, including customs clearance processes, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • UAE: Flat rate of AED 20

  • GCC: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight

Enjoy free shipping within the UAE on orders over AED 350.


5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped. If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us at:

6. Missed Deliveries & Re-Attempts

  • If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, a re-delivery charge may apply.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.


7. International Duties & Taxes

  • For deliveries outside the UAE to other GCC countries, any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country will be borne by the customer.
